question about .htaccess -moving my site from apache
Okay, im seriously considering to switch to hostguts if the following can be achieved in hostguts too.

My current host is having Apache as its webserver, and i see hostguts uses litespeed as its webserver besides its advantage , litespeed will support .htaccess & mod_rewrite rule fully ?

If i switch my site will the sites seo url's will work without any problem ?

Yes, Litespeed is fully compatible with Apache's mod_rewrite module.
Your SEO urls will continue to work as usual.
PS: If you are having a database record that points to your present host home folder you need to replace it with the new path which you will get after switching to hostguts.

RE: question about .htaccess -moving my site from apache
As you are using wordpress, go to your wordpress database via phpMyAdmin and look at the table options , column home path
the value in the column will /home/[first 8 letters of primary domain]/public_html (for storing all the website info). You need to change this value with the path that is offered when you switch to hostguts.
PS: You may ask our technical support team to do this if you want.
